FAQ

How Do I Choose the Right Play Structure?

Consider your available space, the ages and number of users, weight capacity, desired features, and whether you want the flexibility to add or change accessories.

How Much Space Do I Need for a Play Structure?

In addition to the play structure's footprint, you'll need adequate clearance around and above the structure for safe play. Space requirements vary by model and accessories, so always check the installation guidelines for your specific play structure.

Do Play Structures Need to Be Anchored?

Yes. Proper anchoring helps keep your play structure stable and secure during use. Follow the anchoring and installation instructions provided with your specific model.

Are Steel Play Structures Durable?

Yes. All gobaplay play structures feature durable, powder-coated steel frames designed for outdoor use. The powder-coated finish provides added weather resistance and helps protect the frame through everyday outdoor play.

Can I Attach a Swing to a Tree Instead of a Swing Set?

Yes, platform swings can be attached to a tree, provided the tree is strong, healthy, and suitable for supporting the intended load. Always use proper, heavy-duty swing straps and hardware designed for tree installation, and follow the swing manufacturer's installation and weight guidelines.

Can I Add Different Swings to My Swing Set Later?

Yes. Many gobaplay swing sets are designed to accommodate interchangeable swings and accessories, making it easy to update your setup as your family grows and play preferences change. Always check that the swing or accessory is compatible with your specific swing set.

What Warranty Comes With a gobaplay Play Structure?

Warranty coverage varies by product. Swing set frames are covered for 5 years, climbing structure frames are covered for 2 years, and accessories are covered for 1 year on approved warranty claims from the original purchase date. Coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions outlined in the gobaplay Warranty.

Amazing Swing, even for the adults!

Absolutely LOVE our Gobaplay Swing! So easy to assemble, the kids even helped it was that easy!. The frame is super sturdy with huge sand pegs which was a bonus for us as we live near the beach. Love that it has a large wight capacity as this means we can use it as well as the kids. Our daughter spends her mornings curled up with a blanket and book (rather than watching TV!). We love our Gobaplay swing and would highly recommend it

The swing every backyard needs!

We recently put up our amazing Single Swing Set with Tent Swing, and this swing set has been a great addition to our backyard.
The installation of the swing set was very straight forward (2 people recommended) as the instructions were very specific and easy to follow which made the process easier than we first thought. Once the swing set was set up and ready to go, we found that the frame and anchor bolts made for a very sturdy and safe play equipment.
Our son loves the swing tent as he now has his own place to relax in the backyard.
We would recommend the Single Swing Set with Tent Swing to any family wanting to have a safe and fun place for the kids to relax and have fun

Fun, Sturdy and Easy to Assemble

Thrilled with out new seing set. I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment it was installed, it has been the go to spot for our kids to play. First and foremost, the quality and craftsmanship of the frame are exceptional. The materials are sturdy and durable, ensuring that it will withstand countless hours of play. I was particularly impressed with the attention of detail in construction, leaving no sharp edges or rough spots that could potentially harm little hands. Safety was a priority and it shows in all aspects. It was also SUPER simple to assemble! Perfect for busy kids and great with a smaller grass area!

Very sturdy and well worth the money.

You never know what a swing set will be capable of until you receive it and install it. I can tell you that this swing exceeded my expectations with how well constructed it is and how premium the metal frame is. There is no chance that I will come close to breaking or compromising the structure, let alone my kids, so very reassuring!

I'm absolutely thrilled about the swing set! It's totally transformed our backyard. No more stressing about finding the perfect tree; this swing set is a total game-changer!

Another huge plus is the hassle-free setup. I was worried about the installation process, but this swing set proved to be incredibly easy to anchor securely. The stability is fantastic when anchored properly.

My son is already head over heels for his new swing set, and honestly, I can't blame him. I've caught myself sneaking out to take a swing every now and then too! It's become our family's favorite pastime, and I couldn't be happier with this awesome purchase.
