Shipping

We strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. A flat rate shipping fee of $25 will be added to orders within Australia.

• A tracking number will be provided to you via e-mail once the product ships.
• Delivery is offered Australia wide and takes approximately 5-7 business days for Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Sunshine Coast. All other areas in Australia are approximately 10 business days.

Returns

Goods can be returned within 7 days for a full refund (not including shipping costs). It is the responsibility of the customer to return the unused goods (including the cost) in their original packaging using a safe and secure method to return the goods.

Once we have received the items, we will refund the customer using the original payment method. Where the goods have been damaged in transit or are not returned in an as new condition, a refund will not be provided.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in good condition.
• All parts and accessories must be included.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
