FAQ

How Do I Choose the Right Play Structure?

Consider your available space, the ages and number of users, weight capacity, desired features, and whether you want the flexibility to add or change accessories.

How Much Space Do I Need for a Play Structure?

In addition to the play structure's footprint, you'll need adequate clearance around and above the structure for safe play. Space requirements vary by model and accessories, so always check the installation guidelines for your specific play structure.

Do Play Structures Need to Be Anchored?

Yes. Proper anchoring helps keep your play structure stable and secure during use. Follow the anchoring and installation instructions provided with your specific model.

Are Steel Play Structures Durable?

Yes. All gobaplay play structures feature durable, powder-coated steel frames designed for outdoor use. The powder-coated finish provides added weather resistance and helps protect the frame through everyday outdoor play.

Can I Attach a Swing to a Tree Instead of a Swing Set?

Yes, platform swings can be attached to a tree, provided the tree is strong, healthy, and suitable for supporting the intended load. Always use proper, heavy-duty swing straps and hardware designed for tree installation, and follow the swing manufacturer's installation and weight guidelines.

Can I Add Different Swings to My Swing Set Later?

Yes. Many gobaplay swing sets are designed to accommodate interchangeable swings and accessories, making it easy to update your setup as your family grows and play preferences change. Always check that the swing or accessory is compatible with your specific swing set.

What Warranty Comes With a gobaplay Play Structure?

Warranty coverage varies by product. Swing set frames are covered for 5 years, climbing structure frames are covered for 2 years, and accessories are covered for 1 year on approved warranty claims from the original purchase date. Coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions outlined in the gobaplay Warranty.

Fantastic investment in outside fun!!!

We recently purchased this climbing dome for our two kids, and couldn't be happier with our choice! Shipping was incredibly fast - it arrived the very next day, which was a delightful surprise. As soon as we unboxed it, my 10-year-old son, who absolutely loves Legos, was thrilled to see the pieces laid out. The assembly process was so enjoyable that he insisted on taking the lead. It took just over an hour to put together, and it felt like a fun building project rather than a chore!

Now that it's set up, kids in the neighborhood come over to compete in races to the top and hang upside down, giggling and cheering each other on. We love seeing them so active and engaged outside, enjoying the fresh air and each other's company.

The design of the dome is sturdy and well-made, providing a safe and exciting climbing experience for the kids.

Overall, I highly recommend the Gobaplay Summit Pro Climbing Dome to any parent looking for a way to keep their children entertained and active outside. It's a fantastic investment in fun!

Great quality and easy to put together

Great quality and easy to put together.

Fun, Durable, Aesthetic Climbing Dome - Would Buy Again!

Great purchase! The climbing dome arrived quickly and was very easy to set up. My husband and our 9 year old set it up in about 45 minutes. The minimalist design looks great in our backyard and my 9 and 4 year old love climbing on it. It seems very durable and well-made. It's very sturdy as it anchors into the ground to prevent tipping. The day we set it up we had heavy winds and tornadoes come through our area and this thing didn't budge! This dome is great quality for the price.

Ground anchor kit

I'm sure it will work great BUT the swing is so stable I haven't had to use the anchors

Single Swing Frame

Absolutely GREAT

Perfect Climbing Dome For Older Kids

This climbing dome was just what we were looking for! We have 4 kids who are past the toddler stage and needed something a bit more stimulating and taller than the average climbing dome. This unit is sturdy, sleek and offers loads of fun! I couldn’t recommend it enough!! @ohhappyplay / Noelle
